Overview

Full line of standard and custom Vacufume® fumigators treat mold, fungus, insect eggs, larvae and adult insects with the properly selected fumigant and cycle in a vacuum environment.

Features

• Fumigators are furnished complete with chamber, vacuum pump, piping, controls, instrumentation, and gas dispensing system
• Fumigants used include: ethylene oxide, methyl bromide, Oxyfume®, propylene oxide, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, Vikane®, Medifume®, phosphine and more
• Rigid carbon steel construction
• Automated controls for unattended operation
• Variety of cycles provide for flexible exposure times to meet specific applications
• Controls and instrumentation include digital indicating controllers for oxygen and humidity
• Full vacuum operating pressure
• Vacuum pump is oil lubricated and air-cooled eliminating need for water supply and drain
• Utility Power: 460V, 60Hz, 3 Phase

Options

• System II Ventilation: Post-cycle, aeration cycle is completely automatic by drawing air through the chamber and expelling it out the building without personnel exposure.
• Loading Ramp: Facilitate loading and unloading fumigator when its floor is above the building floor.
• Fumigant Recirculation Fan: Mix air and fumigant during low-vacuum cycle phases
• Lighted Viewport: View items within the fumigator
• Second Door: Facilitate loading and unloading
• Side Sliding Door: Door slides away from the fumigator for entire width of chamber opening.
• Stainless Steel Interior: Non-corrosive 304 stainless steel to minimize maintenance
• Roller Conveyor: Gravity rollers mounted on fumigator floor for ease of loading and unloading
• Gassing System with Vaporizer

• Incremental Evacuation and Air In-bleed Control: Equalizes the pressure on items that are hollow or packaging that does not breathe readily when exposed to differential pressures during various cycle phases.
